The minutes included with your phone system that are not used in a given monthly term are not rolled over to the next month.
If you are unsure of how many minutes you will be using on a monthly basis we recommend starting with the lowest priced plan. This will give you an opportunity to see how much call usage you are generating and whether it makes sense to bump up to a plan with more minutes.
