AdTrakker Quick Reference

To record your main menu greeting:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the recording, press * 2
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 2 to record your greeting. This is the first thing your callers will hear when they dial your toll-free number
5. Press any key when you're done recording
6. Press 1 to listen to the recording again, 2 to re-record it, or 3 to save it

To record your mailbox greeting:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the main menu greeting, press * 1
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 5 to enter mailbox setup
5. Press 1 to enter greeting setup and press
    
   • 1 to listen to the existing greeting
   • 2 to re-record the greeting
   • 3 to save the greeting
   • 5 to delete the greeting
   • 9 to exit without saving the greeting

To record an extension greeting:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the recording, dial the extension you'd like to record and then immediately press * 2. (For example, if you'd like to record ext. 101, you would dial 101*2)
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 2 to record your greeting
5. Press any key when you're done recording
6. Press 1 to listen to the recording again, 2 to re-record it, or 3 to save it

To load an extension's fax on demand:

1. From your fax machine, dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the recording, dial the extension you'd like to record and then immediately press * 3. (For example, if you'd like to load a fax for ext. 101, you would dial 101*3)
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press SEND on your fax machine

To retrieve your messages:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the main menu greeting, press * 1
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 1 to listen to new messages, 2 to listen to saved messages or 3 to listen to deleted messages
5. After listening to a message, you will hear a time/date stamp
    
   • Press 1 to delete
   • Press 2 to save
   • Press 3 to listen to the message again
   • Press 4 to skip to the next message
   • Press 5 to return the call
   • Press 6 to hear date/time
   • Press 7 to hear telephone number of caller
   • Press 0 to place a call
   • Press 9 to return to the previous menu

To set up call-forwarding:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the main menu greeting, press * 1
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 5 to enter mailbox setup
5. Press 3 to access call-forwarding setup
6. Enter the number with area code you would like to modify/setup followed by #
7. Press 1 to add the number or 2 to cancel
8. The system automatically defaults to forward calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
    
   • Press 1 to modify the hours/days your calls are forwarded
   • Press 2 to turn call-forwarding on or off for this number
   • Press 3 to change the order this number is called in
   • Press 4 to delete the number
   • Press 9 to return to the previous menu

To set up call-back notification:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the main menu greeting, press * 1
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 5 to enter mailbox setup
5. Press 4 to access call-forwarding setup
6. Enter the number with area code you would like to modify/setup followed by #
7. Press 1 to add the number or 2 to cancel
8. The system automatically defaults to forward calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
    
   • Press 1 to modify the hours/days your calls are forwarded
   • Press 2 to turn call-forwarding on or off for this number
   • Press 3 to change the order this number is called in
   • Press 4 to delete the number
   • Press 9 to return to the previous menu

To set up pager notification:

1. Dial your toll-free number
2. When you hear the main menu greeting, press * 1
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press 5 to enter mailbox setup
5. Press 5 to access pager notification setup
6. Enter the pager number with area code you would like to modify/setup followed by #
7. Press 1 to add the number or 2 to cancel
8. By default, the system will set the pager notification to "ON"
    
   • Press 1 to turn pager notification "OFF"
   • Press 2 to modify the number
   • Press 3 to delete the number
   • Press 9 to return to the previous menu
   • Press # to repeat the options
