Live External Call Transfer

Want to transfer a call to any phone number in the US? No problem. With live external call transfer you can forward your caller to any number in the US in a few keystrokes.

To transfer a call externally dial *6, then enter the 10 digit phone number followed by #. In other words, if you are speaking with a customer and want to transfer them to the phone number (555) 454-8866, you would dial *65554548866# and the call would be transferred.

You can even do live internal extension transfers!
